The Vail snow season continues.  As safety is crucial on the slopes, I wanted to take remind you of basic skiing and snowboarding safety guidelines. Wear waterproof clothes.  Layers are crucial, and your top layer should be waterproof clothing especially designed for skiing and snowboarding.  (But ditch the long scarves and other loose clothing – they can get caught in the lift.)  Remember that the warmer you are, the longer you can stay on the slopes. The First Annual Teva Mountain Games Are Coming!

In just a couple of weeks professional and amateur athletes will descend on Vail Mountain for a celebration of adventure sports, music, art, and the great outdoors. Luxury Real Estate Across Colorado Is On the Rise

A number of key indicators are showing luxury home sales across Colorado on the rise.  Certainly it has been a great fall and early winter for sales in the Vail and the surrounding resort towns.  According to the Land Title November 2011 Market Analysis, sales were up 110% at the end of 2011 compared to 2010, with November sales continuing the upward market trend.
