Pricing of Membership
- The Club is sold-out at 395 memberships.
- Current cost to join is $50,000, with a required $1,000 refundable deposit to waitlist, and a 10% non-refundable deposit of the current membership contribution for the top three positions on waitlist. Payable by check only.
- Annual dues are currently $1,875 (subject to change)
Return of Contribution
Upon withdrawal of a Member and the reissuance of the membership by the Club, the withdrawing Member is entitled to receive from the Club an amount equal to the membership contribution paid by the incoming Member, less the retention by the Club of an amount equal to the greater of:
- % of the membership contribution of the incoming Member;
- The amount by which the cost paid by the incoming Member exceeds the
original price paid - $2,000
Ownership and Use of Club Facilities
Vail Resorts, Inc. owns all of the buildings and other facilities used by the Club.
