One of the fastest growing communities in Eagle County, Eagle still maintains the charm of an old-west town. Centered around Broadway with its new shops and restaurants, Eagle’s quaint neighborhoods, many schools, a golf course and more, cater to the growing population.
Gypsum, Eagle’s nearest neighbor, is rapidly expanding to accommodate the growing number of residents. Home to a large commercial park on the outskirts of town, Costco and many other stores provide convenience to a town accustomed to ranches and pastures. Many new communities built around 18-hole golf courses, such as Cotton Ranch and Brightwater Club, are flourishing in the beautiful Gypsum Creek Valley.
