Many home sites line the golf course and most all homes have views across to the slopes at Arrowhead.
A short drive from Singletree is Edwards. Edwards is an expanding community as well, and is home to some of the valleys newest and most delicious restaurants. In additional to fine dining, there is Riverwalk business center hosting a variety of shopping possibilities. With a movie theater and new parks and schools it is easy to see why Singletree and Edwards are home to so many local families.
Over the past several summers, the Edwards Farmers’ Market has earned its “authentic” reputation, with a large selection of both organic and conventional fruits and vegetables, Alaskan seafood, Colorado meats, local pastries, breads, pies and more. Singletree residents appreciate the proximity (and parking) available at the market, held every Saturday through late September at Edwards Corner.
