GOLDEN RULE 

If one point could summarize how we keep, protect and perpetuate the brand we rely on it is following the Golden Rule.  It applies today just like it did in settling the west 150 years ago.  Simply stated, treat others as you would like to be treated.  This is often difficult in a trying and complex business.  But by pausing, reflecting and acting on and by the Golden Rule we can prosper individually and collectively.  This adds ‘tungsten’ (a hardening agent) to our human chain and strengthens each of us and every link everyday. 

 

In summary the Slifer Smith & Frampton brand reflects honesty, integrity, teamwork, knowledge, commitment, respect, empathy and a willingness to assist others as we succeed.  This is done on a full time basis in an industry not always known for these qualities.  By practicing what we preach, we continue to advance our brand as we advance ourselves in an ever more competitive business world.
