Home to the internationally incomparable Vail Mountain Ski Resort, the Town of Vail is comprised of several neighborhoods including Vail Village, Lionshead Village, East Vail and West Vail. The heart of town lies within its villages at the base of the mountain, a Tyrolean inspired blend of American and European cultures. Vail has a near endless list of cultural and sporting events and activities year round including the single largest ski mountain in the country and an array of outdoor pursuits including fly fishing pristine waters and golf at the beautiful town course with magnificent views of the Gore Range. All of which are easily accessible by car, bike, walk, or the free town shuttle.
