About Liz
Luxury real estate is a passion for Liz, and above all else, she values the relationships with her clients, with many becoming longtime friends. Not only does Liz understand the importance of integrated marketing and market research, but she is always looking for new and innovative ways to promote her listings. Recently, Liz was featured in the Wall Street Journal for closing on two high-end transactions that were some of the most expensive ever recorded in Aspen's affluent real estate market. With her background in sales and marketing at IBM and Duke Publishing, it is easy to see why so many families call Liz for help when it comes to buying or selling high-end real estate.
Liz uses innovative strategies, cutting-edge technology and tools to market her listings, including professional video and photography and social media advertising. She has also had her luxury properties featured in Forbes Magazine, Jet Set Magazine and other high-end publications. Liz is known for hosting private events in partnership with other luxury brands, including a luxury jet or car company, to promote her listings. Additionally, she is a member of REALM - an elite group of the most accomplished luxury brokers globally.

Liz specializes in the luxury real estate market and loves to sell homes that suit the individual needs of her clients. She is knowledgeable of and has personal experience with a variety of neighborhoods in the Vail Valley, as she has owned homes in Edwards, Vail, and Wolcott, among other areas.
Vail Valley is a great place to live and work, which is why Liz chose to call it home. With roots in San Diego, Liz came to Vail in 1992 with her husband to ski for a season and enjoy the winter before settling down. After spending their first ski season in Vail, they fell in love with the lifestyle and peacefulness of the mountains. Liz came for the ski seasons but stayed for the summers, a common thread among many Vail's locals, explaining their decision to stay in the area permanently.
When Liz isn't in the office, you'll often find her volunteering at her church on Wednesday evenings to feed the needy, enjoying time with her friends and family, or skiing, golfing and riding her bike.
Liz has two children, Broby and Gabriela, both of whom were born and raised in the Vail Valley. As a child, Liz's son Broby trained at the Vail Ski and Snowboard Academy (VSSA), which Liz had helped develop as a board member. He later became a World Cup Free Skier and competed in the X Games in Aspen. Liz's daughter, Gabriela, grew up skiing and dancing in the Vail Valley. Her extensive training led to a dance scholarship at LMU in Los Angeles in 2015.
