Cordillera Valley Club

On the sunny side of the valley, Cordillera Valley Club is a gated community offering privacy, convenience and plenty of amenities.

Just 7 minutes to Arrowhead, and about 10 minutes to Bachelor Gulch and Beaver Creek, Cordillera Valley Club is a community that features more convenient access to the valley than its sister communities at higher elevations, while also offering residents the same privacy and exclusivity.

Views of rugged New York Mountain and the Sawatch Mountain Range to the south over Lake Creek create a unique viewpoint from just about anywhere in Cordillera Valley Club. The landscape offers a high-mountain feel with sagebrush, cedar bushes, some pine trees, aspens and cottonwoods.

Golfers are in heaven at the Valley Course, one of three golf courses throughout Cordillera for which residents have access. There’s a restaurant open for lunch and dinner in the summertime, and available for private events during winter months. Other amenities include a beautiful swimming pool, tennis court and workout facility in the Club House.

The Valley Club features 145 residences, all single-family homes, over 366 acres. The architectural style is rustic, with porches, timber, stone and some tin roofs. Many homes are part of subdivisions that include 10 to 15 homes, ranging from 3,000 to 5,000 square feet depending on the subdivision. The rest of the homes are estate homes ranging from 4,500 to 8,500 square feet on half-acre or larger home sites.

It’s a relatively small area with an easy-going resort town feel. You’ll find owners and guests snowshoeing or cross-country skiing across the golf course in the winter, and walking with neighbors, friends and dogs throughout the year along the paths. The Cordillera Valley Club is Vail Valley living at its finest.
