Singletree is the perfect example of a community that embraces its natural surroundings. With a landscape of sage brush, on the sun-soaked northern side of Interstate 70, Singletree has large home sites, duplexes and single-family homes, many of which feature a Southwestern style of architecture that fits in with the surroundings. The 18-hole Sonnenalp Golf Club is one of the valley’s most challenging and scenic courses, with a clubhouse that features a pool and restaurant. As you drive up the hill from the Edwards exit, it’s hard to find a Singletree home without a view of something beautiful, be it the Sawatch Range, the valley below or ski runs in the distance. This community truly has something for everyone, all within a short distance to everything the entire Vail Valley has to offer.
